Introduction to the DGE-25-SP Screw Module Sliding Platform Series of Dingge European Standard Electric Cylinder

Dingge DGE-25-SP screw type module has an effective stroke of 1-1000mm, a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.02mm, a moving speed of 500mm/s, a screw diameter of 12, and can be installed with servo motors. Related accessories include Gates synchronous belt, THK or silver guide rail from the United States, which can be used in single axis or multi axis combination. The ELGA80 module synchronous belt slide table can be designed and customized according to customer stroke requirements 。

Performance and Precautions

1. Small in size and light in weight, the aluminum base with a small width dimension is used to achieve a lightweight and compact structure. High rigidity, high precision, low price, small size, light weight, aluminum alloy structure, modular design, sliding table and base are anodized, and the base is matched with the sliding table to achieve high rigidity and load capacity. The displacement of the load is small, and it can still maintain high stability for the purpose of carrying weight or external load changes.  

2. The stainless steel belt dust prevention device uses a unique sealing gasket to cover the mechanism, and adopts stainless steel belt to prevent foreign objects from entering the interior of the actuator. Note: When using stainless steel strips, attention should be paid to limiting the large stroke and speed.  

3. Personalized selection: Customers can choose various brands of motors according to their usage requirements. Our company comes standard with Delta servo motors and can install reducers or use them directly according to specific usage situations. Adjustable according to different applications:

2 driving modes: 1. Ball screw drive - repeatable and precise positioning; 2. Synchronous belt drive - suitable for long-distance, high-speed, and high load transportation;
2 types of motors: 1. Stepper motor - very suitable for low-speed, high load handling; 2. Servo motor - very suitable for high-speed, stable, and precise handling

4. Precautions for using the sliding table: 1. It is strictly prohibited to touch the sliding seat during product operation and maintain a safe working range. When using ball screw products vertically on the Z-axis, it is recommended to install a brake device on the motor to prevent objects from falling off; It is not recommended to use the Z-axis vertically for gear belt drive. When the effective travel is too large, resonance may occur, and the larger the travel, the higher the speed should be relatively reduced.

5. Lubrication and maintenance of sliding table: 1. Lubrication is very necessary when using a linear module sliding table. If there is not sufficient lubrication, the frictional resistance during operation will increase, which may become the main reason for shortening the product life. Lubrication methods can be roughly divided into manual lubrication and automatic forced lubrication, and appropriate choices can be made according to the system's operating speed, usage environment, and other requirements. 2. The frequency of lubrication varies depending on the usage conditions and environment. In general, it is recommended to replenish grease every 100km of operation
