The Dingge EGC-80BK-TB-EG-KK toothed belt type electric cylinder sliding table module has an effective stroke of 50-11000MM, a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.05mm, a moving speed of 5 meters/s, a belt tooth pitch of 5mm, a lead of 90, and a synchronous belt width of 20mm. It can be equipped with servo motors and related accessories such as Gates synchronous belts from the United States, THK or upper silver guide rails. Performance and Precautions

1.Small in size and light in weight, the aluminum base with a small width dimension is used to achieve a lightweight and compact structure. High rigidity, high precision, low price, small size, light weight, aluminum alloy structure, modular design, sliding table and base are anodized, and the base is matched with the sliding table to achieve high rigidity and load capacity. The displacement of the load is small, and it can still maintain high stability for the purpose of carrying weight or external load changes。 

2．The stainless steel strip dust prevention device uses a unique sealing gasket to cover the mechanism, and adopts stainless steel strip to prevent foreign objects from entering the interior of the actuator. Note:; When wearing stainless steel strips, attention should be paid to limiting the large stroke and speed。 

3.Personalized selection can be based on the customer's usage requirements to choose various brands of motors. Our company comes standard with Delta servo motors, which can be installed with reducers or used directly according to specific usage situations. Adjustable according to different applications:

Two driving modes:1、Ball screw drive; -  Repeatable precise positioning; 2. Synchronous belt drive; -  Suitable for long-distance, high-speed, and high load transportation；

4.Precautions for using the sliding table: 1. It is strictly prohibited to touch the sliding seat during product operation and maintain a safe working range. When using ball screw products vertically on the Z-axis, it is recommended to install a brake device on the motor to prevent objects from falling off; It is not recommended to use the Z-axis vertically for gear belt drive. 3.  When the effective travel is too large, resonance may occur, and the larger the travel, the higher the speed should be relatively reduced。

5. Lubrication and maintenance of slide table:; 1. Lubrication is essential when using a linear module slide table. Without sufficient lubrication, friction resistance during operation may increase and become the main reason for shortening product life. Lubrication methods can be roughly divided into manual lubrication and automatic forced lubrication, and appropriate choices can be made according to the system's operating speed, usage environment, and other requirements;   2. The frequency of lubricating oil varies depending on the usage conditions and environment. Generally, it is recommended to replenish oil and grease every 100km of operation.
