Introduction to the EGC-HD module slide table series of Dingge European standard electric cylinders

The Dingge EGC-HD toothed belt type electric cylinder slide table module covers two specifications: 125/160. It has an effective travel range of 50-11000MM, a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, and a moving speed of 5 meters per second. It adopts a dual-guide rail large load structure and comes in two types: screw rod and synchronous belt transmission. It can be equipped with servo motors. Relevant accessories include American Gates synchronous belts, THK or HIWIN guide rails, etc. It can be used for single-axis or multi-axis combinations. Performance and precautions

1.Small size and lightweight. It adopts an aluminum base with a small width, achieving a lightweight and compact structure. High rigidity, high precision, low price, small size, lightweight, aluminum alloy structure, modular design, and anodized sliding table and base. The base and sliding table are matched to achieve high rigidity and load capacity. The displacement of the load is small, and it can maintain high stability even for applications with changes in the mass or external load carried。 

2．Stainless steel belt dustproof device utilizes a unique sealing gasket covering mechanism and employs stainless steel belts to prevent foreign objects from entering the interior of the actuator. Note: When using stainless steel belts, care should be taken as they limit the maximum travel and speed。 

3.Personalized selection allows for the choice of motors from various brands based on customer usage requirements. Our company's standard configuration includes Delta servo motors, which can be equipped with a reducer or used directly depending on the specific usage scenario. Adjustments can be made according to different applications:

2 driving methods: 1. Ball screw drive  - for repeatable precise positioning; 2. Synchronous belt drive  - suitable for long-distance, high-speed, and high-load conveyance；
2 types of motors: 1. Stepper motor  - ideal for low-speed, high-load handling; 2. Servo motor  - ideal for high-speed, stable, precise handling

4.Precautions for using the sliding table: 1. During product operation, it is strictly prohibited to touch the sliding base and maintain a safe working range. 2. When using the ball screw product vertically [Z-axis], it is recommended to install a brake device on the motor to prevent objects from falling; gear belt drive is not recommended for vertical use [Z-axis]. 3. Resonance may occur when the effective travel is too large, and the greater the travel, the lower the speed should be correspondingly。

5. Slipway lubrication and maintenance: 1. Lubrication is essential when using a linear module slipway. Without sufficient lubrication, frictional resistance during operation will increase, potentially becoming a major factor in shortening product lifespan. Lubrication methods are generally divided into manual lubrication and automatic forced lubrication, which can be appropriately selected based on system operating speed, usage environment, and other requirements. 2. The frequency of lubrication and oiling varies depending on usage conditions and environment. Generally, it is recommended to replenish grease every 100km of operation.
